]]>After various health setbacks, both Camille and Jenna knew the way they consumed food had to change. Everywhere they looked, they found sweets focused on minimizing - less calories, less fat, less guilt - which meant less flavor and way less satisfaction.
The question arose: How do we bring more to our freezers without settling for less?
They set out to create a product that was better than "better for you," never sacrificing flavor. And after years of continuous formulation, they made something Holi.

Here's Bonnie Lee's story:
I started my weightloss and fitness journey in 2018, after having lost 50+ pounds from March 2018 to November 2018, I started running and fell in love with it! My first ever race was a 5k Turkey Trot in 2018, and I've set out to run it (virtually in 2020 because of the pandemic) every year since!
During the Covid pandemic that swept the nation, when New York City became a ghost town and we were all sheltered in place to ride out this virus that devastated the world. I took it upon myself to just keep running. Why limit myself to just 3.1 miles?
I can run farther!!
So I took to training. I ran my first ever half-marathon in 2021 (virtually) running the Chicago Half 13.1 miles in September.
I got my 9yo daughter into running, too! She's run FOUR 5k races with me, and I couldn't be prouder of her. It feels amazing to inspire her to live a better, fuller, more fit life with running.
This year I committed to running this year's TCS NYC Marathon in October of 2022! It will be my first ever FULL 26.2 mile marathon run, and I look forward to training for it. With a good diet, living the ketogenic lifestyle, supported by healthy snacks like KetoKrisp bars by CanDo!

As part of our 2nd Annual National CanDo Day, CanDoers have been submitting their CanDo story as part of the #CanDoChallenge.
Here's Jessica Styer's story:
My name is Jessica and I am a proud sister in law to my brother in law Bradley. He was born with Cerebral Palsy, which caused him to not be able to walk. You see, one of my favorite sports over the last few years is running. After running a race in Cincinatti and meeting this amazing group with special equipment for people with disabilities, I decided to become an ambassador for them.
In 2020 I ran my first half marathon with my Ainsleys Angels family, and my brother in law, in Baton Rouge Louisiana. It was inspirational to see an entire wave of pink, filled with all types of families and friends who know someone with a disability. When we finished the half marathon, it inspired me to want to run a marathon with my brother.
I am in hopes that with a couple years of training, we will get to run the Marine Core Marathon with our pink family. We Can Do it! 💕
Here's Jessica Broughton's story:
A little less than a year ago I started taking Muay Thai classes for fitness after losing some weight. It is something I enjoy, so it made exercise a little less daunting (after the initial 2 weeks of hell and wanting to barf after every class 🤣).
I was totally out of shape and it showed, but I stuck to it. I started taking classes more frequently and even got in some personal training to improve my fight game. I absolutely fell in love with the sport and the exhilarating feeling I get when I land a good shot, learn a new technique or survive sparring with some of the badass teammates I am lucky to have.
Now, because of those reasons, I tried out for the fight team at my gym (and made it) and will be competing in my first Muay Thai tournament at the end of February. I have never tried to compete athletically in anything and I am extremely nervous but no matter what the outcome is, I am going to go in there and give it my all- heart and soul.
I can do this, I am strong! Today is National Can do day, comment below with something you have accomplished or are looking forward to conquering this upcoming year.
As part of our 2nd Annual National CanDo Day, CanDoers have been submitting their CanDo story as part of the #CanDoChallenge.
Here's Grace Peters story:
I can.
What can you do today, this month, this year?
I too often look back on what I’ve already accomplished (like amazing Keto weight loss results in 2018-19) and get discouraged because my life has been filled with another pregnancy, stress, mental health problems, physical problems, and lack of motivation since then. I gained the weight back. I’ve been stuck in depression. I’ve been panic attacking. I seem to be in the same place day after day.
But I can make one change today. I can make a choice to do something differently from yesterday. I can. And so can you.
Stop thinking about what you can’t do. Make choices on what you CAN do every day.

Here's Curtis Jones' story:
Allow me to reintroduce myself, my name is Curtis (Curt for short). Insta handle is ketoxjunkie (keto junkie (x is silent haha, think hunter x hunter [anime for those that don't know]). I've been on this journey since March 2019. The first year I was all in (no page, no anything, just trusting the process). Created this page Dec 2020 (seems longer) and really happy I finally did. I've gone from 525+ lbs. to 225~ naturally (just keto/low carb with some exercises sprinkled in).I know a lot are worried about loose skin and I'm here to tell you I wouldn't have this any other way. I get on myself for not starting sooner. The loose skin is a part of me and shows how far I have come (badge of honor). It comes with the territory (especially depending on how much you have to lose, your genetics, etc.). Yes, it can be a pain at times, but that would be a block in my mind to not push myself further. For 2022 I'm really looking at the next phase for me which is skin removal surgery (I've made a post similar to this back in April 2021).Just know if you're scared of the unknown you won't take yourself as far as you honestly could. We all are a work in progress (take your time at it). I say all this to say THANK YOU ALL FOR STICKING WITH ME. I LOVE Y'ALL.
