For Alex, transitioning to Keto isn’t just a diet choice, it’s a lifestyle. From a young age Alex witnessed his weight increase, and his mostly sedentary job as an NYPD Detective Sargeant didn’t help. After experiencing symptoms of kidney disease and approaching his doctor for guidance, he realized that altering his diet could be the key to getting back to a healthy state. Alex dropped a whopping 100lbs and 14 inches (size 44 to size 30!) from his waist from Keto, and now he advocates for this miracle diet! He recommends starting slow and steady as you adopt Keto by cutting out one carb-filled meal a day. Jumping into something unfamiliar can be daunting, but with the proper mindset and discipline, you can follow in his steps too!
