Disability Pride Week CanDo-er: Jesi Stracham
Jesi Stracham is an adaptive athlete, public figure, and advocate for the wheelchair community. A true Can Do-er in inspiring others to live their lives to the absolute fullest - despite their obstacles. Not only Jesi is the co-founder of the Wheel With Me Foundation a non-profit dedicated to serving the independence of wheelchair users, but she is also the co-creator of the new Wheel With Me Fitness app.
“I am proud of my disability daily. Without it I wouldn’t have been blessed with perspective or community. When you acquire your disability later in life, you have to readjust to your new “normal”. My goal is to inspire others in my community to find gratitude in their disability.”
