Tanasha: My health and wellness journey has taught me that I am stronger than I thought

Here's Tanasha aka Tee Tee's story: I started Keto because I wanted to be snatched (just keeping it real). I have lost 56-60 lbs depending on what day it is. My CanDo journey on Keto has brought me an amazing sense of joy knowing that little old me is an inspiration to other women, to take back their control over their eating habits. My health and wellness journey has taught me that I am stronger than I thought, that at 43 it's never to late to do you with no regrets. This all started as a "diet" but after learning about all the healthy benefits of a ketogenic lifestyle here I am over 2 years later thriving. I love making amazing tasting keto foods. The kind of food that will make you say "carbs who"!
