Ingredients:

  • 1 @tastecando Almond Butter Chocolate Chip keto bar
  • 4 ounces plain, dairy-free greek style yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons favorite protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • EXTRA: 1/2 tablespoon almond butter

 

Directions:

  1. Crumble the @tastecando bar, setting aside a small teaspoon, & press into the bottom of a small dish to make a crust.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients & spread over “crust”.
  3. Spread extra almond butter on top along with extra crumbled CanDo bar, if desired.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes to an hour, to firm up, then inhale!
