Summer Smoothie Bowl | Protein + Antioxidants + Fiber

"Nothing like a big ole smoothie bowl to kick off a hot summer weekend! This one is loaded with antioxidants, fiber...protein, and healthy fats to give me long lasting energy & keep me good n satisfied"

Base Ingredients

    • 1 cup frozen berries
    • 1/2 of a frozen banana
    • 1/2 of a avocado (makes it super creamy + adds lots of nutrients)
    • 1 scoop @organifi vanilla plant protein nut milk to blend (you can use code "livingwithlil" to save on their site)
