Base Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 of a frozen banana
- 1/2 of a avocado (makes it super creamy + adds lots of nutrients)
- 1 scoop @organifi vanilla plant protein nut milk to blend (you can use code "livingwithlil" to save on their site)
Topping Ingredients
- Your favorite Keto Krisp bar. For this specific bowl, Almond Butter Chocolate Chip was used
- Frozen Berries
- Coconut Flakes
- Hemp Seed Hearts
