Base Ingredients
- 1 C (pre-steamed) frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 C frozen pineapple
- 1/2 a frozen avocado (or 1/2 C yogurt, but avo helps make the texture creamy if you are looking for a dairy-free alternative)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein (Lily used @organifi)
- Couple handfuls frozen kale
- Almond milk to blend
- Optional: @herbalgoodnessco bamboo extract for hair skin & nail support
