- 4.5c blackberries
- 1 Keto Krisp Almond Butter & Blackberry Jelly Bar
- 1/4tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2c erythritol
- 1tbs lemon juice
Crumble
- 1c almond flour
- 1 Keto Krisp Almond Butter & Blackberry Jelly Bar
- 4tbs butter
- 3tbs erythritol
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Crumble both bars in bag and set aside
- Add blackberries, xanthan gum, erythritol, half of the blackberry jelly bar and lemon to a bowl and mix together
- Transfer to a 12 inch cast iron skillet
- Add almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, the other half of the blackberry jelly bar and cinnamon into another bowl and stir until crumbs form.
- Sprinkle the crumbs over the berries.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
