Blackberry Cobbler

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 
  2. Crumble both bars in bag and set aside 
  3. Add blackberries, xanthan gum, erythritol, half of the blackberry jelly bar and lemon to a bowl and mix together 
  4. Transfer to a 12 inch cast iron skillet 
  5. Add almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, the other half of the blackberry jelly bar and cinnamon into another bowl and stir until crumbs form.  
  6. Sprinkle the crumbs over the berries.  
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
