Keto Friendly Frozen Yogurt Cookie Cups

Ingredients: 
Mix: 
2 T Cashew Butter 
1/2 C Almond Flour 
1/4 C ChocoZero Caramel Syrup 
1 Keto Krisp Almond Butter Bar, broken up into small pieces 
Splash of Vanilla and Dash of Salt 
 
For the filling, mix: 
4 T Cream Cheese 
4 Spoonfuls Sour Cream 
1/4 C LC Powdered Sweetener 
2 T Lemon Juice 
Frozen Yogurt Cookie Cups Low Carb Low Sugar
Directions:
1. Mold big spoonfuls of the Mix into cups in muffin tin and bake at 325 for about 12 minutes. Let cool completely. 
2. Mix with an immersion blender until creamy - you may wish to add more sour or cream cheese to make it the consistency you'd like!
3. Add
spoonfuls into the cookie cups and top with berries!
