Cookie Yogurt Fruit Cups

Ingredients:Â
Mix:Â
2 T Cashew ButterÂ
1/2 C Almond FlourÂ
1/4 C ChocoZeroâŻCaramel SyrupÂ
1âŻKeto Krisp Almond Butter Bar, broken up into small piecesÂ
Splash of Vanilla and Dash of SaltÂ

For the filling, mix:Â
4 T Cream CheeseÂ
4 Spoonfuls Sour CreamÂ
1/4 C LC Powdered SweetenerÂ
2 T Lemon JuiceÂ
Directions:
1. Mold big spoonfuls of the Mix into cups in muffin tin and bake at 325 for about 12 minutes. Let cool completely.Â
2. Mix with an immersion blender until creamy - you may wish to add more sour or cream cheese to make it the consistency you'd like!
3. Add spoonfuls into the cookie cups and top with berries!
