HEALTHIER SWEETHEART BARK

Make this super easy healthier sweetheart bark for your lovely valentine! 

 

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz dark chocolate chips
  • 1 TBSP coconut oil
  • 2 @tastecando almond butter bars
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup freeze-dried raspberries or strawberries

 

Directions:

  • Line a 9x13 dish with parchment paper.
  • Using a double boiler or saucepan on low, carefully melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together until it is smooth.
  • Pour dark chocolate mixture into the bottom of the parchment-covered pan. 
  • Break up @tastecando bars into crumbs and sprinkle over the chocolate, gently pushing down to submerge the pieces.
  • Melt white chocolate chips in a sauce pan on low. Using a spatula or spoon, drizzle over the bark.
  • Chop up freeze-dried berries and sprinkle on top of the bark.
  • Put in the freezer for 1-2 hours or until completely solid.
  • Carefully break into pieces. Serve and enjoy!
