Ingredients:

 

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt, dairy-free
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, dairy-free
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup juice & zest from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 @tastecando Yuzu Lemon Krisp Bar
OPTIONAL TOPPING:

 

 

Directions:

  1. Combine yogurt, cream cheese, almond milk, maple syrup and lemon in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Crumble CanDo bar and stir into yogurt mixture along with lemon zest.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours.
  4. If desired, dip popsicles into melted white chocolate and sprinkle on extra crumbled CanDo bar!
