Staying cool in these triple digit temps with these Lemon Cheesecake Protein Popsicles!

- 1 cup plain greek yogurt, dairy-free
- 4 ounces cream cheese, dairy-free
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup juice & zest from 1/2 lemon
- 1 @tastecando Yuzu Lemon Krisp Bar
- Combine yogurt, cream cheese, almond milk, maple syrup and lemon in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Crumble CanDo bar and stir into yogurt mixture along with lemon zest.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours.
- If desired, dip popsicles into melted white chocolate and sprinkle on extra crumbled CanDo bar!
