Strawberry Dark Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bites
Ingredients:
Crust :
- 3 Keto Krisp dark chocolate almond sea salt bars
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Topping :
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- ½ cup coconut cream
- ½ cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
Directions:
- Crush the bars with a spoon & mix with the coconut oil until you have a crumbly mixture
- Line a muffin pan & spoon ~1 tbsp of the mixture into each well & pack it down
- Blend the topping ingredients together, pour on top of the crusts & freeze for 1 hour or until set
Optional : Top with a sliced strawberry & melted chocolate
