“These almond butter + blackberry jelly bars are just the perfect combo with sweet, nutty flavors and a hint of saltiness! To go beyond just having a bar as a snack, I whipped up this layered parfait jar with a thick and creamy almond butter smoothie + raspberry chia seed pudding to create a more filling snack! 😋”
INGREDIENTS
Almond Butter Smoothie Layer:1. 2 frozen bananas
2. 2 tbs almond butter
3. splash of nut milk
Raspberry Chia Pudding:
1. 1/4 cup chia seeds
2. 3/4 cup coconut milk
3. 1/4 cup berries (raspberry was used, but any berry works!)
4. 1/2 tbs maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all of the chia pudding ingredients into a mason jar and let it chill in the fridge to soak up all the liquid overnight
2. When ready to eat, remove pudding from the fridge
3. Blend up smoothie ingredients and layer the smoothie, chia pudding, and Keto Krisp Almond Butter & Blackberry Jelly bars 🌟
