Keto Blackberry & Almond Butter Caramel Bars

Ingredients:
1. crust
 

4 keto krisp almond butter jelly bars 

2 tbsp almond butter 

1 tbsp melted coconut oil 

2. caramel

1/2 cup nut butter of choice 

2 tbsp maple syrup 

1 tsp vanilla 

dash sea salt 

+ melted dark chocolate chips for drizzling 

Keto Carmel Bars
Directions:

  1. Pulse the crust ingredients together in a food processor until you have a sticky crumble 
  2. Press the mixture into a lined 8x4 baking dish & place in the freezer 
  3. Make the caramel by combining all ingredients together, then use a spatula to spread it on top of the crust layer 
  4. Drizzle dark chocolate over top, sprinkle with flaky salt & freeze again for 15 minutes 
  5. Enjoy!
