Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie Bowl

- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup frozen cucumber
- Large handful of spinach
- 3-5 fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 2 Keto Krisp Chocolate Mint Bars
- Add all of the ingredients except the Keto Krisp bars into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. The texture should be thick.
- Break up 1-2 Keto Krisp Chocolate Mint Bars into smaller pieces and add into the blender. Pulse, don't blend, to ensure whole pieces of the bar still remain for that crunchy "chocolate chip" texture.
- Pour into a coconut bowl for the ultimate summer vibe and top with extra Keto Krisp bars, coconut chips, and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
