Ingredients
Frozen Yogurt
- 1 C frozen berries
- 1 C coconut cream
- ½ C greek yogurt
- ¼ C monk fruit maple syrup (add more depending on how sweet you want them)
Crust:
- 6 @tastecando Chocolate Raspberry Keto Krisp Bars
- 2 tbsp melted vegan butter
Directions
- Add crust ingredients to a food processor until crumbled, then press it into a lined 8x8 baking dish
- Blend frozen yogurt ingredients together until creamy, pour on top of the crusts & freeze until set (~1 hour)
- Suggestion: store in the freezer & then let them thaw for 5-10 min before eating!
