Ingredients

Frozen Yogurt

  • 1 C frozen berries
  • 1 C coconut cream
  • ½ C greek yogurt
  • ¼ C monk fruit maple syrup (add more depending on how sweet you want them)

Crust:

Directions

  1. Add crust ingredients to a food processor until crumbled, then press it into a lined 8x8 baking dish
  2. Blend frozen yogurt ingredients together until creamy, pour on top of the crusts & freeze until set (~1 hour)
  3. Suggestion: store in the freezer & then let them thaw for 5-10 min before eating!
