Noatmeal Cream Pies

"Am I the only one who thinks of "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" every time I eat an oatmeal cream pie? 🤣 This is one of my very favorite keto hacks because life's just better with oatmeal cream pies!" Recipe Creator @lowcarb.yum

Ingredients:

Cookies:
 
1 Egg 
3 T Coconut Oil 
1 t Vanilla 
2 T Cashew Butter 
1/4 C Allulose 
1/4 C LC Brown Sweetener 
1 C Almond Flour 
2 T Gelatin & 1 Scoop Collagen
2 T Flax Meal 
2 T Physllium Husk Fiber 
1 t Baking Soda 
1/2 t Salt 
1 Keto Krisp Almond Butter Bar, broken to bits 
 
Filling: 
4 oz Cream Cheese 
4 T Softened Butter 
3/4-1 C Powdered Sweetener 
Splash of Vanilla 

Keto Friendly Noatmeal Pies

Directions: 
1. Mix wet, then dry ingredients
2. 
Blend filling well until creamy
3. Roll into balls, bake at 300 for 8-10 minutes!
4. You can omit the Flax and
Physllium for flatter cookies if you want, those are good too.

Keto Krisp Noatmeal Pies
These are just SO awesome! Instead of being full of sugar, they're full of fiber and protein!
