"I love pushing myself to break my daily routine (so difficult for me!) One thing that’s difficult for me to do is making new oats flavors, but this oatmeal from yesterday made it easy to switch it up!

This oat bowl features Keto Krisps' NEW plant-based almond butter and blackberry jelly bar! I had been struggling to find vegan protein bars but this bar solved that problem! I love the texture of this bar (it’s not sticky at all, smooth like butter🥰) and the healthy fats in it help to keep me full and satisfied for hours!" - Liz


  1. 1 cup water
  2. 1/2 cup riced cauliflower
  3. 1/2 cup rolled oats
  4. 2 tsp sweetener (monk fruit was used) 
  5. 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  6. 2 tbsp protein powder
  7. 1 tbsp peanut butter 
  8. Keto Krisp Plant-based Bar (Almond Butter & Blackberry Jelly was used)


  1. Add water, riced cauliflower, rolled oats, and sweetener
  2. Cook over low-medium heat until 75% of the water is evaporated/absorbed
  3. Stir in cocoa powder and protein powder
  4. Pour into bowl
  5. Top with a chopped Keto Krisp plant-based bar and a big spoonful of peanut butter
