Mini Blackberry Cobblers

Ingredients:
- 3 Krisp Almond Butter Blackberry Jelly Bars
- 3 cups fresh blackberries
- Fresh lemon juice (to taste)
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- Vanilla ice cream
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease 6 small ramekins.
- Divide the blackberries and two Krisp bars between the ramekins and evenly drizzle lemon juice on top.
- In a medium bowl, stir together one egg, sugar, flour, and one additional Krisp Bar. Add mix over the blackberries.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Let sit 5 minutes before serving and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
