Strawberry Crumble Bars (GF)

"GF Strawberry Crumble Bars 🍓💗🍰 aka the perfect sweet treat to whip up for Valentine’s Day!" - @_intuitivelivingwithlil

Ingredients:

Crust :

5 butter & salt keto krisp bars, crumbled up
½ cup almond flour
1 tbsp nut butter of choice

Filling :

2 cups chopped strawberries
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp tapioca starch

Directions:

Mix together the crust ingredients, then press 3/4 of the mixture into a lined 8x4 baking dish
Mix together the filling ingredients, pour it on top of the crust layer, then add the rest of the crumble mixture
Bake at 350 for 20-22 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden
Let cool completely, slice into bars & *optional* drizzle with white chocolate
