Strawberry Crumble Bars (GF)

Ingredients:
Crust :
- 5 butter & salt keto krisp bars, crumbled up
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
Filling :
- 2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp tapioca starch
Directions:
- Mix together the crust ingredients, then press 3/4 of the mixture into a lined 8x4 baking dish
- Mix together the filling ingredients, pour it on top of the crust layer, then add the rest of the crumble mixture
- Bake at 350 for 20-22 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden
- Let cool completely, slice into bars & *optional* drizzle with white chocolate
